Lucky's is the best from the food to the service to the ambiance. They remember me. Always make the food fresh. Treat me like I matter. Today I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap and Mozzarella Sticks. Excellent taste and presentation. Make sure you visit Lucky's. You will become a regular.
Came to check this place bc I've heard good things about it. The inside looks super cool! The employees are very welcoming. I ordered the tenders & the boneless wings damn lucky flavored (medium) & I will say, IT WAS SPICY for medium. It was so good but hard to overcome the spice.

The best experience I have ever had at a fast food chain. I had order the 1/4 pound chicken and was waiting when the manager came out and said it'll be another 15 mins and gave a complementary fried pickles for the wait. Then after another 20 mins she came out and gave a full refund but still gave me and my girlfriend our food! She also gave us an extra banana pudding that I only got for my girlfriend but now I had one for me too. The food was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had, with the Texas toast being the most buttery soft but crispy at the same time. We will most definitely be coming back again re

One of the managers I can't remember her name was (Carissa, maybe!) and the other one was Audrey I believe! They went above and beyond so awesome! They made the place so welcoming! great people!
Lucky's Hot Chicken at 4505 Gaston Ave, Dallas, TX 75246 First I had a very positive experience I left my credit card from the card reader and they immediately returned it to me. No matter what I give them as a food review you're going to get five for that. Inside this place is pretty big and decorated with old school billboards and the music is old school. Note: At this time they don't seem to take cash so bring your credit card. The food was extremely delicious just wish I could have eaten more . There is a lot of parking spaces at this location . This place will get busy quickly around lunch and dinner time . You must try this place for yourself at least once.
This place is a gem. Been to hot chicken spots around the city and this topped them on a ton of aspects. The chicken sando is hella fresh and hits the spot hard. The ambiance is great too (mom and pop dinner feel). Even the price is hella reasonable Y'all gotta check it out! This is my new fav spot in the city.
